The staff was very helpful I appreciated their attention. The breakfast included fresh juice and local pastries I enjoyed it. The location was convenient to local attractions it made exploring easy.
The pool was not heated it was disappointing. The room lacked natural light the ambiance was affected.

The riad is neat. It is also very clean. The guest manager was so nice! she was cute when we checked-in. She even helped us find authentic Moroccan Black Soap. I felt very welcomed .
The riad is outside the medina walls. This meant easy access from our car though it was slightly far from some attractions.

Our Superior Suite included a king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured dual sinks and complimentary toiletries. A safe deposit box was available for securing valuables, which ADDED peace of mind.

Breakfast is served daily on the rooftop terrace. It includes fresh fruit, pastries, and Moroccan mint tea. The staff arranged airport transfers for us. This ensured smooth arrival and departure. Daily housekeeping maintained the room very well.

i found the staff helpful. they arranged airport transfers and dinner reservations. the riad also stocked local beer. breakfast was abundant and enjoyable, i especially loved the fresh pastries.
The location was a little outside the main attractions, though taxis were readily available. The wifi signal was occasionally weak in my room.

the riad's location wasn't ideal, i felt a bit isolated. also, i was really disappointed, it said the swimming pool was heated. it wasn't heated when i was there so i couldn't enjoy a swim as much as i wanted. the water was too cold. i feel the listing should be updated to reflect this.
